Desire in Life

Desire in Life is a jewelry series built from sculptural bone shapes. The series includes three pieces. A ring shaped like a skull presents a figure holding a diamond, expressing the desire for wealth. A second ring is formed by crossing ribs in a triangular structure. A necklace holds a red heart-shaped gem set within a three-dimensional sternum. Wax models are carved to form the bone shapes and are then cast in gold. Parts of the series are finished in 18K black gold. The series invites reflection on desire and life.

Goddess Earring

Goddess

Goddess is a pair of earrings shaped as small human figures in two different postures. One figure stands with the feet level and shoulder-width apart, while the other lifts one knee. One figure holds a gemstone and the other steps on a gemstone, referring to self-knowledge and social responsibility. Each posture carries two gemstones of different sizes, calculated to keep both earrings consistent. The figures are modeled with 3D sculpture technology and cast in gold. Facial features and hair are omitted to keep the human form pure.

Coral Cufflinks

Coral

Coral is a pair of cufflinks made to hold the cuffs of a shirt together. Many cufflinks are bulky and heavy. Coral instead follows an Italian tradition of simplicity and respect for organic shapes. The open, see-through form gives a light appearance, while the rough inner texture adds contrast. Each cufflink is hand made from sterling silver by lost wax casting. Each piece is polished and plated with platinum or rose gold to keep the shine. The flat, fin-like stem prevents rotation and makes the cufflinks easy to put on and take off.

Homa Dual Purpose Ring

Homa

Homa is a dual purpose ring that can also be worn as a necklace. The piece is made of 18K gold and set with synthetic blue ruby. The inner ring is elastic, so the ring can be adjusted to the size of the wearer's finger. A rail mechanism, based on train wheels, allows the ring to be changed into a necklace. A simple lock beneath the piece holds the form in place when the ring is worn on the finger. The design gives the wearer the choice of function and a direct interaction with the object. The name Homa refers to the bird of bliss in Persian literature.
